2008 is coming to the end soon! I realise that this year had passed by very fast!
A lot of things happened in this year. Both happy and sad moments. Had been recalling a lot these few days, when I am doing almost everything. May blogger continue to help to remember all these moments! Hahas. I really want to thank the creators of blogger. :D They allow me to recall what happened in the past with just a few clicks! Other than that, I also want to thank a lot of people! Especially 204-rians! :D
2009 would be coming very soon! It would be year that requires time to really sit down and study! Cos O level is at end of October! Only 10 months to the very major exam for the four years I had in Nan Hua! Starting to feel a bit stressed! :O
I would be very busy on the first three Saturdays! Argh. Then the fourth Saturday is near Chinese New Year! So therefore I conclude that all Saturdays in January are booked!

Watched tv till 2am yesterday night! Hahas. Actually I also dunno what I was watching after 12mn. Just kept changing channels. LoL.

Arh. Totally stressed out. I just received another email from the professer with regards to JTDP!!! And I haven complete my robot! And the meeting is on 17 Jan(Or maybe I should say, I haven touch that robot since Yixie left for Shanghai!!) This is very bad!! Arh.
I realised that this holiday had gone by very fast!! Did nothing much and this 2-month end-of-year holiday is ending very soon! This week is the last week of December, and year 2008! Must do something fruitful before school reopens!! Arh.

冬至是
农历的
二十四节气之一。
这一天北半球黑夜最长，白昼最短。俗称“冬节”、“长至节”、“亚岁”等。
在
中国传统的
阴阳五行理论中，冬至是阴消阳长转化的关键节气。在
十二辟卦为地雷复卦，称为冬至一阳生。易
复卦象曰：“雷在地中，复。先王以至日闭关，商旅不行，后不省方。”
12月21日至
12月22日交节，
太阳位于
黄经270度，直射
南回归线。 《
后汉书》“礼仪志”中记载：“冬至前后，加子安身静体，百官绝事，不听政，择吉辰而后省事。”由此可知从
汉代起冬至是国定假日。
目前
澳门是华人社会唯一以冬至作公众假期的地区。在
中国北方有冬至日吃
饺子的习俗，南方某些地方有冬至日吃
汤圆的习俗，传说在
汉朝的医圣
张仲景体念家乡乡民在寒冬中工作的辛苦，在冬至那天利用
羊肉等祛寒的药材包在
面皮中，作成
耳朵的样子，给乡民们治病补身，这个药方的名字叫作“祛寒娇耳汤”，娇耳就是饺儿。中国南方则有吃
汤圆等甜食的习俗，
江浙一带在冬至吃
汤圆外，还要吃桂花
酒酿，并
祭祖，苏州还有
桂花冬酿酒，只在此时节上市。大汤圆有馅的“粉团”是用于晚上祭祖，而无馅较小的粉圆用于早上拜神。
祭祖之后还有将汤圆粘在门窗上，称为“冬节圆”，等干燥以后再给
孩子们吃，有保佑健康成长之用。冬至
扫墓叫“过冬纸”。
《
台湾府志》（一六九六）卷七记载：“冬至，人家作米丸祀众神及祖先，举家团圞而食之，谓之‘添岁’；即古所谓‘亚岁’也。门扉器物各粘一丸其上，谓之‘饷耗’。是日，长幼祀祖、贺节，略如元旦”。在台湾冬至的汤圆有红白两色，另有较大的汤圆，内包有芝蔴、花生、或鲜肉等内馅。
在中国，人们从冬至开始
数九，以九天为一九，九九八十一天，寒冬就会过去，称为九九数尽。

I am back to post! Not feeling well this very morning. Down with flu. Zzz.
Monday was studying session with Shalyn at BPCL! I was late again, as usual. Hahas. Started doing Maths!
Y Got a lot of questions to complete, but I think we didnt manage to complete all. Hahas. And
shrinking words the previous time!! :D Did RE1 from AMaths textbook. And there was a question that kept us thinking for close to 2 hours! And the interesting thing is that after 2 hours we managed to solve it. It was a relatively simple question, but its because we thought of all the complicated stuff, you know. Sort of wasted 2 hours just on that part of the question. And the lesson learnt from that question was that :
Do not think too hard for Maths!! =) After that "simple yet complicated" question from that exercise, we took a break. Breaks are needed so that we can comtinue to do the other questions! YaY!
Did nothing much yesterday. Watched tv!! And my bro returned from Xiamen yesterday from his badminton training, onboard the afternoon Silkair flight! He says that the seats are very spacious! I want to take Silkair next time when I go back! Hahas. My mom went to fetch him and they reached home at about 7pm. And my sis and I was watching 不良校花！I think the show is quite nice! Very funny! :D

Changed my blogskin today!! Started searching for new blogskins this morning, and by noon managed to find this qutie interesting one. After which began editing it. And finally it is done now! :D I am so happy. Hahas. Shall go and take a break now. =)

Mrs Koh, my primary six teacher, is coming back to Singapore!! :D She migrated to Australia last year, and is coming to Singapore for her 5-week holidays!! :D It had been 1 year since I met her. Hahas. She would be coming on 23 December, JQ61. Really look forward to it!! :D
Nothing much happened this week. Yesterday was studying session at JRL with Jeanice and WeiJia. In the end did 3 questions in 5 hours. =.= Not very productive. But I would like to say that the proving questions are not really easy.
Met Shalyn on the bus when I went home! Hahas. Took 178 because it came first, and she boarded the bus at the following stop. Talked about quite a lot of things. =)
Had been quite stoning at home. Zzz. Look forward to the following studying session!

I never realise that Social Studies was so interesting. -.-
I dont know why, but since I have nothing much to do yesterday night, and so happen that the first book I take out was the S4 Social Studies textbook. With music in my ears, I began reading it. And surprisingly, I got hooked onto Chapter 1?!?!?! It was about war between Iraq and Kuwait, two countries in the Middle East. The war took place in 1990, if I am not wrong. And they were fighting about the problem of oil. The UN came into the story somewhere in the middle, trying to solve the problem. And suddenly transnational terrorism came in. About Osama, which I have no idea why. The whole of Chapter 1, 42 pages, was on that.
I have no idea why the book seems to attract me so much. Maybe is just because I have nothing else to read. This is really very funny.

Super tired now. Hahas. Woke up at 11+am this morning!! Hahas. Yesterday went to do urshering duties at the Nan Hua Band Concert held at NUS High. Met Karine and the others in school at 2pm. Sort of stoned for quite a long time. I was the only guy. Zzz. I think is xi guan le. Fold the booklets, and the girls went to draw blazers. After which walked to NUS High. And stoned again. Read a book, in the end dozed off. Donna woke me up at around 5pm, and then we followed her to take a look at where we should position ourselves. Went back to Nan Hua for dinner, then go to NUS High again to change. Began urshering duties at around 7pm. Went to watch the concert too. Not bah lah. Euncie, Wei Qi, Jeanice and Wei Jia also came. Wei Qi was super formal. I thought she just rush over from work. LoL. The whole concert ended at around 10. Then went vack home. Tired out. Reached home close to 11.
And for the whole of this week I had been stoning at home. Nothing much to do, so just watch tv everyday. Erm, actually got a lot of things to complete, but I think I am just too busy. I think the only things that I did was a bit of Chemistry workbook and E.Maths TYS? I dont think I got do any other things. Hahas.
That's why next week I am trying to find poeple to study with me! Or else I am going to be so behind everyelse when school reopens! And thats bad. =(
