It had been a short week with many things!
305's BBQ! =)It was held yesterday at Lynn's house! Reached IMM at around 1pm to meet Donna and the rest to purchase the things needed for the BBQ -- food and everything. And the super long BBQ brush. Hahas. =) Reached Lynn's house at about 2.30pm, and did some preparation work, like blowing the balloons. And Mrs BLim came! She was super early! Hahas. Then after that went home to help my mum do something, cos I stay only a few blocks away from Lynn. =) Went there again at around 5+. They had already played some games, and are preparing to go the BQ pit. And there was the CO guy and Infocomm guy trying to start the fire. Then Kunwei went to help.. And then was the speech written by the BB boys. It was super touching! "Before we began, PA crew, mike volume up." "305 I am in class" "I am going there to smack you."
And the famous quote: "The best thing in life is that we have a choice!" The speech was so touching that she cried..
Mrs Lim also mentioned that the next time she is going to cry in front of us is when every single one of us achieve double A1s. Alright 305 '08 or 405 '09, lets achieve this aim together, shouldnt we? MSG of 1.0, here we come! Then then Darren used the power of fractions to divide the cake. Mrs BLim even asked someone to calculate that we need to travel at so that she can reach another place on time. And the BBQ started finally after serveral tries.. Melvin, Zhong Wei, Lynn, Eddy and I was "playing" with the chicken -- using bare hand to "poke" the chicken in.. And in the end my hand got the chicken smell.. Melvin said that that was the closest contact he ever had with raw chicken! And then was eating of food and playing of games. Nothing much.. And then went home at about 9.40pm, and reached home at 9.43pm. O.O
Sino-Sing 2007 =)One year had passed since that exchange programme last year! Yesterday night I was stilling recalling the scene of me and others at the airport, and when I woke up this morning at about 7+, on the way travelling to Hang Zhou. It had been a great and new experience, as it was my first time in a cold county. Making new friends was the aim of the exchange programme, and of course, to have fun! =)
O level Chinese!!Oh my god. O Level Chinese is in 4 days time! Today returned to school for Chinese remedial. Zheng lao shi was super nice to let us have the lesson in the staff lounge, but it was qutie cold... O.O She went throught some past year questions, and there would be another session, and the final one, on tuesday.
Okay, really got to go and revise Chinese le!
